Child Support Enforcement
The mission of the Child Support Enforcement (CSE) is to reduce the public and private burden of raising financially abandoned children to adulthood. Its goals is accomplished through the location of absent parents, the establishment of paternity, the establishment and enforcement of support obligations, and the distribution of payments. In collaboration with the Department of Technical and Adult Education, Special Services Division, CSE began the Georgia Fatherhood Program to enhance the recovery of child support from non-custodial parents by offering education and skills training to the parents.

Department of Technical and Adult Education
The Georgia Department of Technical and Adult Education oversees the states system of technical colleges and institutes. It operates the Adult Literacy Program and other economic and workforce development programs. It provides technical education, customized business training, and adult education.

National Center for Strategic Nonprofit Planning and Community Leadership
NPCL is a nonprofit organization created for charitable and educational purposes. The mission of NPCL is to improve the governance and administration of nonprofit organizations and strengthen community leadership through family empowerment. It assists community-based organizations in better serving young, low-income single fathers and fragile families.

National Fatherhood Initiative
The National Fatherhood Initiative was created in 1994 to counter the growing problem of fatherlessness by stimulating a broad-based social movement to restore responsible fatherhood as a national priority. With the help of many notable Americans, NFI developed a strategy of ensuring that more children grow up with a loving father. Its strategy included a public education campaign and a coalition of national and local leaders committed to creating a culture that values and supports good fathers.

Office of Adult Literacy
The Office of Adult Literacy (OAL) promotes and provides adult literacy programs throughout the state of Georgia. Adults needing basic, general, or specialized skills instruction have access to these programs through OAL. Its mission is to enable every adult in Georgia to learn the basic skills of reading, writing, computation, speaking, and listening to that they may compete in today's workplace.

Office of Technical Education
The Office of Technical Education contributes to the economic growth and stability of the state by providing quality technical education and career transition services. The primary role of the office is to ensure that all programs and services excel in meeting the individuals needs for career success.

Special Services Division
The Special Services Division enhances workforce development for Georgia by providing a broad and flexible range of services and programs that meet student needs including preparation for training, assistance in overcoming barriers to training, and other services that aid human resource development.

Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
The Georgia Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) conducts a program to serve the broad purposes of Title1, Block Grants to States for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families. The program goal is to provide necessary assistance to needy families with children on a temporary basis and provide parents with job preparation, work opportunities, and enforcement of child support.
